Johann has proudly called Baldivis home since 2006 and brings a wealth of Human Resources knowledge and experience to the Baldivis Vet Hospital team. With a strong background in people management, workplace culture, and employee wellbeing, he is passionate about fostering a positive and supportive environment where both staff and clients feel valued. Johann plays an important role behind the scenes, helping to ensure the team is supported, engaged, and equipped to deliver the highest standard of care to every patient and their family.

Outside of the hospital, Johann enjoys making the most of Western Australia’s great outdoors. An avid golfer, he appreciates that while every round may not be filled with birdies on the scorecard, it always provides an opportunity to enjoy the beautiful Australian landscape and observe the incredible native birdlife and wildlife that make each game unique. Whether he’s on the golf course or exploring nature, Johann values the opportunity to unwind, stay active, and appreciate the natural environment that makes Australia so special.
