COURTNEY Emergency Team Receptionist
RECEPTIONIST
Courtney has been a qualified veterinary nurse since 2011 and has been part of the Baldivis Vet Hospital team since 2017.
She is a familiar face on the reception team and loves interacting with all of our clients and their pets.
Courtney has lots of animals to keep her busy at home, a Bull Mastiff X called Chloe and 4 rescue cats Mila, Simba, Manu and Squeakers.
In her spare time Courtney loves to spend time with her husband and twins, looking after her indoor plant collection and camping.

DR DANAE DUNN BSc BVMS
PRACTICE MANAGER AND VETERINARIAN
Dr Danae graduated from Murdoch University in 2001 and has years of experience in small animal practice.
She is passionate about providing gold standard veterinary care and services at Baldivis Vet Hospital.
Dr Danae enjoys travelling and spending time with her family, including new addition, Staffy X puppy, Rosie.

NICOLE REGISTERED VETERINARY NURSE
ASSISTANT PRACTICE MANAGER and EQUINE NURSE
Nicole has been an equine nurse at the Baldivis Vet Hospital for over 22 years, and has been an integral part of it’s growth over this time. She is a familiar face and a “go to” person of the practice, helping the team to provide love and excellent care.
Nicole has many pets at home, including cats and chihuahuas she has adopted over the years, and horses.

Introducing Rebecca, a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in senior site administration. But her journey took a delightful turn when she followed her heart’s calling to work with animals. Since 2023, she’s been thriving in her role as a bookkeeper at Baldivis Vet, where every day brings a new opportunity to combine her administrative expertise with her passion for furry friends.
When Rebecca isn’t crunching numbers, you’ll find her cherishing moments with her two beloved family dogs-a playful golden retriever and a loyal staffy. Their companionship adds an extra sparkle to her life. reminding her of the joy that animals bring.
But it’s not just about work and pets for Rebecca. She finds pure bliss in life’s simple pleasures, whether it’s soaking up the sun at the beach, sharing laughter with family and friends, or relishing in the tranquility of nature. For Rebecca, happiness is found in the moments spent connecting with loved ones and embracing the beauty of the world around her.

Jannee is a dedicated individual whose life revolves around her passion for animals, nature and the simple joys of everyday living.
Since 2019, Jannee has been an integral part of the Baldivis Vet team, serving as the Senior Team Administrator. Her attention to detail and organizational skills helps to ensure her colleagues can focus on providing the best care for their furry patients.
Beyond her professional role, Jannee’s love for animals extends to her personal life, where she channels her passion into beekeeping. As a beekeeper, she nurtures and cares for these remarkable creatures, understanding the vital role they play in our ecosystem. When she’s not tending to her bees or assisting at the vet clinic, Jannee enjoys escaping to the serene beauty of the south. Whether it’s a weekend getaway or a leisurely road trip, she finds solace in the tranquility of nature and the breathtaking landscapes of the countryside.
With two lively boxer pups at home, she’s always on the move, enjoying outdoor adventures and quality time with her furry companions. Jannee also treasures the simple moments spent with her family.

With a strong background in administration and a passion for animals, Kristie has recently joined our team as the Payment Administrator. She plays a vital role in supporting both our reception and management teams.
Outside of work, Kristie enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and listening to true crime podcasts. Her home is lively with a cat, and a growing flock of chickens that keep her busy.

Receptionist (Joined 2024)
Vicky joined Baldivis Vet Hospital in late 2024 and has quickly become a highly valued member of the team. Originally from the UK, she moved to Australia in 2004 and previously worked as a veterinary nurse for three years before transitioning into reception roles within human cardiology and radiology clinics.Vicky has truly found her home at Baldivis, where she helps keep the clinic running smoothly by coordinating vets, accommodating clients, and supporting both staff and animals.
Outside of work, Vicky cares for several senior horses and her much-loved 15-year-old Cavalier, who is very much the main character of the family.

Lou is part of the reception team at Baldivis Vet Hospital, providing friendly and efficient support to clients and staff alike.We could not imagine a Baldivis equine world without her – she has the answer to literally all our questions, be it work or life related.
Lou is deeply rooted within the WA equine community and excited about all equine athletes. For herself, she has recently made some adaptations to her lifestyle and moved closer to the beach, to enjoy summer sunshine by the ocean with her three dogs. She is excited about renovating her new house and getting to know the perks of the new neighbourhood.

Kylie is a Management Accountant with several years of experience in financial management, bringing a strong background from the construction industry into the veterinary sector.
She plays a key role in supporting the business through budgeting, financial reporting, and in-depth analysis, helping to guide informed decision-making and contribute to sustainable, long-term growth.

Danielle, our exceptional Vet Nurse whose journey with Baldivis Vet Hospital began many years ago as our dedicated night nurse. With unwavering dedication and expertise, Danielle covers all areas of care, from Equine to Small Animal and Emergencies, throughout the night, every night.
Beyond her tireless work at the clinic, Danielle’s heart overflows with compassion as she frequently opens her home to foster animals in need of attention and love, whether they’re feathered or furred.
In her cherished moments away from the clinic, Danielle finds joy in the company of her loving family, including her husband, daughter, and a menagerie of beloved animals.
With her boundless dedication to animal welfare and her commitment to providing exceptional care, Danielle is truly a cornerstone of Baldivis Vet Hospital, enriching the lives of both patients and colleagues alike.

Suzanne is our dedicated cleaning extraordinaire who has been an invaluable member of the Baldivis Vet family since October 2013. While her work may be behind the scenes, Suzanne’s contribution is truly essential to keeping our clinic running smoothly.
Outside of her role at the clinic, Suzanne finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. She shares her days with her husband and her two energetic dogs, Alfie and Mollie, whos companionship brings light and laughter to her home.
In her leisure time, Suzanne indulges her love for adventure by escaping into nature, often embarking on camping trips during long weekends and whenever time allows. Her love for the great outdoors fuels her spirit and rejuvenates her soul, providing the perfect balance to her dedicated work ethic at the clinic.
Suzanne’s unwavering commitment and warm presence make her an integral part of our vet family, and we are grateful for all that she does to keep our clinic a welcoming and clean environment for pets and their owners alike.

Cassie joined the team in 2022 as a Veterinary Liaison, bringing more than 30 years of customer service and hotel management experience. In early 2025, she stepped into the role of Client Care Supervisor, where she now leads our Reception and Veterinary Liaison teams. Cassie is passionate about supporting clients, strengthening team communication, and creating a welcoming experience for both pets and their families.

Maddy commenced with Baldivis Vet Hospital in 2025 as a Veterinary Liaison Officer. In her role, she works closely with veterinarians to help streamline patient care and ensure consultations run efficiently and smoothly for both clients and the veterinary team.
With a strong background in customer service, client relationships, and team collaboration, Maddy brings a friendly and professional approach to every interaction. Her previous experience in retail and hospitality has helped develop her excellent communication skills, ability to work in fast-paced environments, and passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.

Jackie Vet Liaison

Jackie Madi joined Baldivis Veterinary Hospital in 2025 as a Veterinary Liaison Officer, where she works closely with veterinarians to help streamline patient care, support clients, and ensure consultations run smoothly and efficiently.
Jackie began her career in the veterinary industry in 2019 and has developed strong experience working primarily with dogs and cats. She is well known for her helpful and supportive nature, always willing to step in wherever needed within the hospital. In addition to her liaison role, Jackie also assists the reception team, helping to create a welcoming environment and ensuring every client and patient receives attentive, high-quality care.
Outside of work, Jackie enjoys travelling and exploring different cuisines, always excited to discover new flavours and hidden gems. She has a passion for cooking, loves swimming, and has a growing love for adventure, including climbing mountains and reaching scenic peaks. Jackie also truly values spending quality time with her partner, family, and friends—making the most of both quiet moments at home and new adventures together.
