  • I love this vet hospital. The staff are friendly, caring, knowledgeable and professional. They often go the extra mile to make my life easier in a range of small ways, and this is something I value immensely.

The grounds and facilities are beautifully-kept, well-planned and welcoming to both pets and their owners - large parking spaces, a grassed area for running dogs and specialised cat rooms are just some examples of this.

Most of all, I trust the team implicitly with the lives of my two furbabies, whom I have had for almost 12 years now. I have an Animal Science degree and have spent time as a vet nurse, so I do not give such praise lightly. My furbabies are everything to me.

  • Took my Malamute in last night after he thought it would be a great idea to eat a dog biscuit and the snap lock bag it was in.

The ladies working the reception desk were brilliant, very friendly and loved having a chat about my boy.

Dr Hugo was so kind, spent time cuddling my boy and making sure he was comfortable before taking him out back to make him throw it all up. Even checked to make sure it was ok to shave his leg.

Amazing service, and very well priced for an after hours service.

  • I had to bring my kitty Steve in yesterday. The vet nurse on the front counter was BRILLIANT (I think her name was Kylie). So warm and supportive through the bad news.

Dr Neal was so patient and kind. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and even waited while I said my goodbyes.

This was the most recent of many visits and I've always been very impressed with the customer service and knowledge of the staff, in the barn, emergency and regular practice.

Fantastic vet surgery and by far the best I've dealt with. Thank you!

  • Thank you so much to Drs Stephen, Emily, the two lovely receptionts that listened and helped our Syd.

Thank you also to the Baldivis overnight hospital staff and all that have helped look after our boy so far. We still have some more steps to a full recovery but are so glad we got that second opinion.

You saved us money but most importantly you made our boy comfortable. And the expertise of your clinicians goes way beyond that of someone whom relies on Ct scan equipment.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

  • Thank you so much to Dr Stephen & Dr Joram for looking after our bullmastiff Kahn.

He had a TPLO operation done by them, and we have been very happy with the high level of care and attention he's had at Baldivis Vet. All of the Vets and amazing & helpful nurses & front staff have given him special attention which he loved.

We can't thank you all enough!

If you love your pet, trust Dr Stephen & Dr Joram, they really do care Thanks all xx

  • I'd just like to thank Baldivis vet! This week I had to take my beautiful cat Molly to be euthanised and everyone I spoke to at Baldivis vet were amazing and incredibly sympathetic. Despite being fully booked they managed to fit me in, for which I am so grateful. Everyone at the clinic were so compassionate and I can't thank you all enough.

I will recommend Baldivis vet to anyone. Thank you very much.

  • I recently had to have my beautiful faithful cat "Shakira" put to sleep, my heart was broken, after 12 years of love and companionship her time had come.
I can not praise the staff enough.

A young lady by the name of Kylie was so caring and compassionate, I wanted to tell her you are in the right career you made an awful situation bearable. Thank you .

The Vet was really nice too he was so gentle and caring, I was able to cradle her in my arms and love her while she peacefully drifted off. Thank you for making our last moments loving.

  • After moving to baldivis recently from mandurah with our 5 rats we were nervous about trying a new vet clinic.

I have been completely blown away with the amount of knowledge, compassion and thoughtfulness the vets at baldivis have shown towards our little fur babies. We have seen several vets at the hospital and all have been not only incredible vets but incredible people.

Also a mention to the vet nurses that run the front reception, beautiful people who treat every animal like they are the most important being in the room. Thank you

  • Thank You to you all, especially to Dr Katy Davis for caring for and saving our beautiful little Mia Moon!! So much care and love went into her recovery, at only 9 weeks old!

I couldnt be happier by their service and care!!!
Thank You for giving us our girl back!!
Licks & Wags!!!

  • We are so impressed. Even if our outcomes were different we would still know that she is in the best hands. Two snake bites in 4 months. The first she had stopped breathing on the way. The second was not as bad but still very scary.

Caring calm compassionate and knowledgeable professionals. Cudos! A heartfelt thank you from us all.

    Karen McCarthy
  • I can't think of a better place when your heart is breaking. Our situation and the condition of our cat were handled with the utmost kindness and understanding.

The gentle young American vet and the ladies who were there yesterday when our Cat needed to be released from her suffering couldn't have been kinder or more caring, and we feel truly blessed. Thank you from the bottoms of our hearts.

Baldivis Vet Hospital COVID-19 UpdateWE'RE HERE TO HELP YOU!

Message to our valued clients and patients:

The teams at Baldivis Vet Hospital and Baldivis Emergency Vet are committed to keeping our doors open and taking care of your animals during these challenging times. To allow us to continue serving you and to prevent spreading COVID-19 we need to ensure that we keep our customers and our team members safe. This means making some changes to how we interact you, and to our rostering, which may affect your experience when you come to see us.

Please note the following requests:

When you book an appointment please notify us if you are experiencing any flu-symptoms, like a cough or a fever, so we can make special arrangements. If possible ask someone else to bring your pet in for you. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE PRACTICE.

If you are being isolated because of contact with an infected person or because of a confirmed COVID-19 infection PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE PRACTICE. If your pet needs urgent care try to arrange with someone else to bring your pet in for you. If this is not possible please notify us of your situation before you come down so we can make special arrangements for you and your pet.

To minimise the number of people in the hospital we are only allowing one person to enter the building per animal. Other family members will need to remain in your vehicle or stay outside.

We are currently not allowing visiting of hospitalised patients, but we’d love to let you do video calls with your pets, and we’ll send you lots of photos, and continue to give our patients lots of cuddles.

To stick with principles of social distancing we will not allow physical contact. As much as we love our clients, we can’t shake hands with you at the moment, but rest assured - when all of this is over we’ll hand out hugs to everyone!

We have made changes to the reception area to encourage social distancing. Please follow the guidelines and instructions from our team.

Consultations will involve a discussion of the history with one of our vets, after which your pet will be taken out of the room to be examined to minimise periods of close contact with you. At this point you can either wait in your vehicle or outside, and we will let you know when we are finished with your animal.

We have made changes to our rostering, and we are anticipating possible staff shortages due to isolation rules. In periods of understaffing we will focus our attention in caring for your pets. This may mean that we are unable to provide the levels of customer service that we strive to provide in terms of waiting times and providing feedback about patients. Please be patient with us. We still welcome feedback about how we can best serve you and your pets.

Thank you for your understanding. We may be facing some challenging times as a community, but our team is preparing to rise to the challenge of providing uninterrupted care for your fur-family at a standard that you expect.
