Kylie has been an integral part of the Baldivis Vet family since November 2016, where her warm smile and exceptional service as a receptionist have made her a beloved member of the team. In addition to her role at the clinic, Kylie also lends her talents to social media and marketing initiatives, utilizing her creativity to spread awareness about animal welfare.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Kylie’s heart beats with a profound love for animals, leading her to found Don’t Go Astray Inc., a not-for-profit animal rescue organization dedicated to finding forever homes for stray and surrendered animals. Through her unwavering dedication, Kylie has touched countless lives, bringing hope and happiness to both pets and their new families.
While Kylie’s passion for animals remains steadfast, she recently embarked on a new adventure as a proud mother to two energetic boys. Though her days are now filled with the joyful chaos of family life, her commitment to animal welfare and community service continues to shine brightly.
Kylie’s journey exemplifies the beauty of balancing career, family, and passion, and her impact on the lives of animals and humans alike is truly remarkable. She is a beacon of compassion, resilience, and love in everything she does.

With a passion for both animals and people, Saskia loves being the first point of contact for clients and helping create a welcoming, supportive experience for every visit. Building strong relationships with clients and their pets is one of the most rewarding parts of her role.
Having grown up surrounded by animals of all kinds, her love for them started at a young age and continues to shape her life today. At home, she keeps busy with two energetic Kelpies, two beloved horses, and even two alpacas. Horses have always been a huge part of her life, having learned to ride from her mum as a child, a passion they still enjoy together today.
Before joining the veterinary industry, Saskia worked in a fast-paced GP reception environment, giving her the ability to thrive under pressure and confidently handle the hustle and bustle of a busy clinic. Her calm, relaxed, and easy-going nature is especially valued during stressful situations, helping both clients and colleagues feel supported when they need it most.

Kristie is one of the friendly faces welcoming clients and their pets to the hospital. With a genuine passion for animals and helping people feel comfortable and cared for, she enjoys building connections with both pets and their owners every day. Pictured with Bella also lovingly known as her sanity dog , Kristie knows just how special the bond between pets and their people can be.
Outside of work, Kristie enjoys camping, 4WD adventures, and travelling Australia with her family. Before settling here, they spent 18 months living on the road in their caravan, creating unforgettable memories along the way. A proud mum to three older children, her family is at the heart of everything she does.

With a passion for animal care and client support, Maegan graduated as a Veterinary Nurse in 2023 and has been a valued member of the Baldivis Vet Hospital team for the past two years. She loves being part of a workplace dedicated to providing exceptional care and feels privileged to support both pets and their owners throughout their healthcare journey.
One of the most rewarding aspects of her role is building lasting relationships with clients and helping their beloved companions live happy, healthy lives. Her compassionate nature and genuine love for animals shine through in every interaction.
Outside of the clinic, Maegan enjoys spending time with her Golden Retriever, Goose. Together, they can often be found hiking, exploring new destinations, and swimming along the stunning Western Australian coastline. Her passion for animals extends far beyond the workplace, and she feels incredibly fortunate to have built a career around something she loves so deeply.

Anje joined the Baldivis Vet Hospital reception team in 2026, bringing with her a lifelong love of animals and a passion for providing exceptional care to both pets and their owners. She enjoys creating a warm, welcoming experience for every client who visits the hospital and is always happy to lend a helping hand.
At home, Anje has three Chihuahuas and a cat, who keep her busy and further fuel her love for animals. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active at the gym and spending quality time with her friends and family.

After a successful 13-year career in retail, Nikkie made the exciting transition into the veterinary industry, joining the Baldivis Vet Hospital reception team in November 2026. Her extensive customer service experience, combined with her warm and approachable nature, makes her a valued member of the team and a friendly face for clients and their pets.
Nikkie is passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every person who walks through the clinic doors. She enjoys building genuine relationships with pet owners and takes pride in helping clients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit. Her career change has allowed her to combine her love of helping people with her lifelong affection for animals, making veterinary reception a perfect fit.
One of Nikkie’s favourite aspects of her role is meeting the wonderful variety of pets that visit the hospital each day. From energetic puppies and inquisitive kittens to cherished senior companions, she loves getting to know each patient and the special bond they share with their families. No two days are ever the same, and she enjoys the unique experiences and interactions that come with working in a busy veterinary hospital.
Outside of work, Nikkie enjoys spending quality time with her family and has a passion for cricket. She loves staying active, embracing the outdoors, and making lasting memories with the people who mean the most to her. Her positive attitude, caring personality, and enthusiasm for both people and pets make her a wonderful addition to the Baldivis Vet Hospital team.

With a genuine passion for animals and client support, Vikki is a dedicated Receptionist who takes pride in creating a welcoming and compassionate experience for every client who walks through the clinic doors. She loves being part of a team committed to providing exceptional care and feels privileged to support both pets and their owners throughout every stage of their healthcare journey.
One of the most rewarding aspects of her role is building meaningful relationships with clients and their beloved pets. Whether offering reassurance during challenging times or celebrating happy milestones, Vikki values the trust clients place in the clinic and strives to ensure every visit is a positive one. Her warm personality, empathy, and love for animals shine through in every interaction.
Outside of work, Victoria is a busy mum of two who recently embraced country living after moving to a property. She enjoys spending time with her chickens, tackling home renovation projects, and making the most of life outdoors with her 15 year old Golden Retriever Harry.
When she’s not caring for clients and their pets, you’ll often find her attending country burnout competitions, travelling WA and enjoying time with family and friends. Vikki feels incredibly fortunate to have built a career centered around caring for animals and supporting the people who love them.
