Jade has always had a passion for animals and has built her career around supporting pets and the people who love them. Working across the pet care industry, she particularly enjoys helping owners navigate the exciting—and sometimes challenging—puppy stage.

As a Puppy School Instructor, Jade is passionate about helping owners build strong, positive relationships with their puppies from the very beginning. She strives to create a fun, supportive learning environment where both puppies and their families can grow in confidence, develop essential life skills, and enjoy the journey together.

At home, Jade shares her life with an American Staffordshire Terrier, whose training journey has given her valuable firsthand experience in behaviour, patience, and the importance of consistency. Combined with her professional background, this enables her to genuinely understand the challenges many new puppy owners face.

Jade is a strong advocate for positive, reward-based training methods and finds great joy in watching puppies grow into confident, well-mannered companions. She looks forward to helping every puppy and their family get off to the very best start.
